i tell myself this every day. and i am trying so hard. but it is hard, when i’m surrounded by judgmental people, and i judge them for being so judgmental, become part of what i hate, and end up feeling tremendously alone.

i can’t handle pretentious people. i can’t handle people who set up unnecessary boundaries based on superficial qualities. i can’t handle fighting. every day i fall into this objective, outsider’s perspective, realize everything is stupid, everyone is being stupid, differences are trivial and why is everyone getting caught up in stupid emotionally-charged arguments over things that don’t matter at all, you’re all human and you should be taking care of each other, why can’t we all just get along. and i never know what to do about it, or how to make people change. and this is why i’m quiet most of the time.

maybe i should write a book.

and I’d buy the shit out of it.
